Gin description

This barrel-aged juniper shows that Filliers Distillery has been perfecting its wooden barrel maturation process since the 1960s. The old American oak Bourbon casks give a beautiful vanilla aroma after eight years of maturation. As a result, the juniper's strength is mellowed, yet still pronounced. This juniper is delicious neat, but can also be drunk in a blend, such as in a Belgian Mule.
