Gin description

The Levantine gin Milk & Honey is made from the distillery's signature Single Malt, the double-distilled New Make, 100% malted barley. To this distillate are added juniper and local aromatic herbs, carefully selected at the Levinski market in Tel Aviv. Oregano, lemon peel, orange, chamomile, lemon verbena, cinnamon and black pepper, macerate for 48 hours directly in the distillery still before the third and final distillation. The result is a delicate and herbaceous gin, with subtle malty notes, inspired by the gastronomic richness of Tel Aviv. Fresh and vegetal.
