After a whole host of years of learning in the development of beverages and flavors for various applications, it was time for a new challenge. Thanks to the knowledge of various distillation techniques, making a tasty liqueur was not a problem. The hype around Gin followed. Countless trial sessions and not really finding my taste in the wide range pushed me through many developments and a search for a balanced soft gin with a sweet test. After many positive reactions from all angles ... and especially the positive reactions of people who are not so gin ... the time has come to make this development accessible to all. The name choice was obvious. In Houthalen we can hardly look past the rich mining and so is Mining Spirits born.
