Normindia Gin Barrel Aged Gin Français

Gin description

Drawing on our experience in aging great calvados, we decided to age our Normindia gin in : old 190L bourbon casks that had previously contained a blend of 4-8 year-old Coquerel calvados, bringing notes of baked apples and vanilla ; 300L French oak barrels that previously contained freshly distilled calvados: adding freshness; new 300L French oak barrels, for elegant woody aromas. After a minimum of 6 months in barrel, Normindia Barrel Aged Gin is a fresh, smooth and fruity gin.
