Old Major Tom Gin

Gin description

roduced by the Absintherie des Cantons distillery in Granby, this slightly sweeter “Old Tom” style edition has nothing to do with Wendigo sea buckthorn gin. Before its distillation, some traditional botanicals are left to macerate inside a neutral alcohol for more than 12 hours. Following distillation, it is sweetened with Anicet honey, giving it its "pastry" side and its golden hue. Unsurprisingly, the name of the gin is inspired by the song by David Bowie which appeared on the Space Oddity album in 1969. A fairly exclusive product!
