Gin description

Psenner distills its gin in a traditional set-up with small stills: spices (nutmeg, lavender, anise seed, gentian root, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves, etc.) are placed in a basket and the alcoholic vapors, rising, extract the aromas, while juniper macerate, coriander seeds, cranberries and sorb is placed in the boiler.
