Rusty Halo Wilding Gin

Gin description

We have battled the prickly rosehip and scaled many a wilding pine tree, to be able to conjure this zesty and refreshing summer gin. We think it is the right mix to celebrate the return of the warmer months. With pine, rosehip, and kaffir lime notes, we are almost certain it will help ward off scurvy. The base spirit is made exclusively from barley from the Canterbury Plains, and we are proud to produce this gin from scratch. It is triple distilled before adding the botanicals.
