Slamsey's Sloe Gin

Gin description

Our classic Sloe Gin is made with wild sloes that we pick each winter from the farm hedgerows. The name of our farm is derived from the Old English for "enclosure of the sloe (tree) hill" and the hedgerows around the fields still contain plenty of blackthorn, which produces tart sloes every year. This full bodied fruity drink is traditionally drunk neat but is equally delicious with tonic water or with spiced apple juice.
