Gin description

A luxuriously smooth gin, the initial sweetness gives way to juniper and floral notes that come from the elderflower we use, the silky liquor giving a warming finish. Named after Hernan Cortes who is credited with introducing vanilla to Europe. We use a rectification column on our still making the spirit wonderfully smooth before it is cooled through a condenser to create a silky elixir for your enjoyment.
