Gin description

Hernö High Coast Terroir is a vintage gin distilled once per year with locally picked botanicals. Botanicals handpicked in the surroundings of Dala by Jon Hillgrens mother, Yvonne, during the summer of 2017 bring taste to Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin 2017. Hop found at a deserted farm is one of the treasures from the larder of mother nature this year. An array of floral notes upfront, spicy and fresh aroma. Underlying depth of deep blue juniper. Herbaceous and piney taste. Slightly creamy and sweet spruce shoots that develops into rich blue juniper. Very sippable. Juniper lingers for a long time, a little warmth at the end accompanied with spiciness - a dry finish.
