Gin description
After creating a gin with rather autumnal and winter tendencies with the 'Vulgaris' version, we decided to develop a gin with a summery and spring character. The Squirus Gin 'Alleni' consists of a base of pink grapefruit, a blend of flowers (rose, orchid, mimosa, elderflower) as well as a touch of almond and vanilla. This creation is based on the origin of this project, namely, to discover new flavor combinations. In the same vein as our first creation, this new combination is just as original and will not leave you indifferent.
