Gin description

Our Gold award-winning racing inspired signature take on the traditional London Dry. Created around locally foraged Norway Spruce as the core botanical, being one of the main components of Steeplechase fences themselves. Steeped for 24 hours with Juniper, Spruce and Coriander before being batch produced slowly on our copper column stills, allowing for the maximum copper contact, to give a fragrant and powerful London Dry gin and an exceptionally smooth spirit. This truly traditional London Dry has a depth of flavour and exquisite smoothness; Juniper-forward, freshly peeled Pink Grapefruit and Lime zest toward the middle, and Cardamom and Cubebs giving an enduring spice at the finish. The Spruce provides a fragrant and herbaceous character to the gin, whilst maintaining the important piney-Juniper character that a London Dry should possess.
