Gin description

Each of our gins is truly hand–crafted and small batch with each batch producing only 280 bottles. Our gins are distilled with passion, crafted with skill and bottled with pride. Our Scottish gin is produced using both our 500L and 50L stills. This combination of distillation allows us to create a very full bodied and balanced juniper led gin. Strathearn Scottish gin is strongly juniper-led. A smooth, sweet start switches to a light peppery mouth-feel which is followed by a gentle sherbet finish as the citrus develops towards the end.
