Made from South African maize and infused with botanicals that have been carefully selected to pay homage to those who first brought gin to the shores of Cape Town. This beautifully balanced, dry English-style gin is positively brimming with flavour. From the fresh hints of citrus to the comforting earthy, pine notes of Juniper and Angelica, it is the refreshing signature cucumber that makes this gin a deliciously fruity, yet complex experience. Gin comes of the still at a strenght of around 80% alc. Usually, distilling gin to 43% alc. requires 200 liter of water per batch. We decided to skip this step.
