Gin description

Tom Cat Dry Sussex Gin is distilled in small batches by our award winning distiller. It combines six aromatic botanicals to create a fine smooth gin with juniper at its heart. It is a unique bright crisp gin beautifully balanced with a lingering finish of orange. Its distinctive flavour is further enhanced with locally grown coriander. Pure Sussex mineral water from Pear Tree Well in Palehouse Common is added to the distillate to create the final product. The mineral water is sourced from a well 120 ft deep and hidden beneath a 5ft thick layer of rock having never seen daylight for thousands of years. This unique water bottled at source is rich in minerals giving Tom Cat Dry Sussex Gin a rounder fuller flavour.
