Trait-Carré 1665

Gin description

Trait-Carré 1665 is a gin aged in small barrels of specially selected American rye whiskey. We developed this gin from the botanical profile of our Trait-Carré gin and matured it in barrels for a period of 2 to 6 months. During the assembly stage of the barrels, we bottled the gin at 48% alc./vol. to allow the sweet and mellow flavors of the gin to fully open in the mouth.
