Gin description

Our gin is distilled by the London Dry method following artisanal experience distilled in Galicia. For the preparation of our gin we have the best 100% grain alcohol, the best selection of botanicals and the great advantage of having water of Galicia. The nose is intense and complex, when you catch a scent appears another and then another ... all marked with a halo of character fresh and floral, citrus notes (tangerine, lime), flowers (orange blossom, lily) and spices (cinnamon, licorice, nutmeg). On the palate, nice entry, then it becomes fresh and vibrant, with a sparkling tingling on the tip of the tongue, repeated its aromatic range and leaves a lasting memory clean and inviting the next drink.
