Gin description

Traditional one-shot distillation process by which it is elaborated in a unique and balanced process that includes both maceration and steam infusion of botanicals. Botanicals among others: Juniper, Angelica, Cassia, Cardamom, Cilantro, Clove, Lemon Grass, Orange Peel and Liquorice. In the nose, they uncover the subtlety of the most exotic botanists such as angelica root, cardamom, cassia and cilantro, wrapped in the freshness provided by citrus and lemon grass. The fine fragrance of the juniper is seen in the background and very subtly. Mouth: Slightly sweet entry of liquorice fruit. Sophisticated, smooth, penetrating and unctuous, with spicy sensations, citrus notes and a long persistence in the mouth.
