Yonko Hemp & Citrus Gin

Gin description

This local Ghent gin is produced entirely by hand. The distillation process takes place at the Ghent Coupure, the finishing is done at Dok Noord Yonko's distiller, Geert, experimented for a year with the unique taste properties of hemp plants, with which he produced a first microbatch of 420 bottles of Yonko gin, available since April 2019. This soft citrusgin contains a subtle flavor combination of bergamot, kaffir lime, bitter orange and 7 bittersweet botanicals.
