Tonica Spumador Passione Italiana is enriched by the infusion of the 'Limone Femminello del Gargano IGP', a fruit whose essential oils give the drink a pronounced scent and an aroma where the bitter leaves a slightly sweet ending. 'Limone Femminello del Gargano IGP' is the oldest lemon in Italy. It is cultivated in Puglia in the coastal area known as 'Citrus Gardens' where the sun shines all year round and the availability of water make this citrus unique to its taste and fragrance. Its aroma is preserved thanks to the use of the infusion obtained by maceration of the fruit. Only the best of these lemons are selected, hand-picked and used for preparing Tonica Spumador.
