Gin description

The first settlers on this island found a sheltered bay filled with wild fennel — from mountain to sea — and named this aromatic green haven “Fennel Field” – Funchal. This botanical still grows abundantly across the island, thriving in many green fields. As a tribute to the name of our capital, we’ve added local fennel seeds to alcohol, water, juniper berries, coriander, liquorice, orris root, and angelica — crafting a truly distinctive gin.
