In order to be able to guarantee this unique taste throughout the year, the Upstairs team drives to the Ortenaukreis once a year and collects the freshly harvested blueberries. During the manufacturing process, the botanicals macerate in a clay pot for 72 hours, with no artificial flavors whatsoever. This is the only way to create a special spirit that surprises.
