Gin description

The first gin in the world ever made only from local Israeli plants – 12 botanicals that grow in the Galilee. The base spirit is made of grapes. A wild aromatic gin with a round and velvety texture. Jullius Distillery is located in Kibbutz Hanita, Western Galilee. Jullius, that established in 2008, is the first artisan distillery in Israel specializing in production of the finest quality Eaux De Viex ( Fruit brandies). All the materials used in the distilling process are regional, the grape pomace, honey and fruit come from the Galilee Mountains. All manufacturing is done manually with only natural ingredients, there are no added aromatic or flavoring substances, neither are there any additional sweeteners or coloring agents.
