ALPHA SPIRIT GIN 2.0

Gin description

Traditionally, the distillation is done in copper stills. But let's be consistent, this is not all Alpha Spirit! That is why we chose a modern tool full of technology. A choice that allows us to do more, to do better. A two-stage distillation. First the gin, with very little maceration to attract only the first botanical essences used. Then, alongside an extraction of our blackcurrant. It extracts fresh flavors and provides a unique texture when assembled. Same approach, classically we work a gin around a botanical association, trying to distinguish the juniper (the main ingredient). We tried to treat the blackcurrant to express all its flavors, of course respecting the 51% juniper berry. The composition of Alpha Spirit gin is therefore mainly blackcurrant berry associated with juniper berries, coriander, dried lemon zest and angelica root.
