BLUE GIN

Gin description

The magic happens with this fresh and floral Gin which features notes of green apple, basil and Wasabi. After distillation, a maceration of flowers will give it this blue color (natural dye) which will change to purple/pink when diluted with tonic. This flower from Thailand is sensitive to PH and will react with the acidity of the citric acid present for the conservation of the soda. In tasting we have a nice freshness with a resolutely floral finish which together will give a very consensual bouquet. In mixology, garnishes are often used to visually embellish the cocktail, but this gin alone makes the show.
