Catz Dry Gin is a new beginning, which again brings to life an old Dutch brand. A Dutch gin, exceptionally aromatic and versatile, powerful and balanced. All botanicals Catz Dry Gin is distilled separately to get the best out of each component. Through these individual distillation in copper stills, the taste of each botanical to its best advantage. We have chosen a mix of traditional botanicals, especially citrus fruits and exotic peppers, creating a unique character. Juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom bring recognition, supplemented by paradise seed and cayenne pepper for a delicious peppery aftertaste. It is, in particular, the peel of bergamot, the most aromatic of all citrus fruits, which gives this gin its characteristic taste. However, this is only a tip of the iceberg, because not all botanicals we can reveal. The gin is fresh and slightly sweet on the nose: vanilla, orange and juniper berries with a hint of Earl Grey tea and a light salty aroma of angelica. On the palate shows the slow gin tastes price: first notes of bergamot, coriander and juniper. Followed by sweet and spicy notes of citrus, creamy vanilla and cinnamon with a light peppery finish where cardamom returns subtle. The aftertaste is very long, with soft notes of sweet citrus, juniper and a hint of anise give a look back at the rich palette of Catz Dry Gin.
