Celticº dos Heroes Gin Extra Dry Distilled, we use the most modern technology in distillation, the Column of Rotating Cones, to extract alcohol from cold and vacuum grapes. So the fermented does not boil and the purity of original textures and aromas of a noble raw material such as grapes is preserved. In this initial distillate the botanists are infused in the precise proportion including juniper berries, citrus fruits and lily root. Next, a coupage with 95.5% crystalline and clean cereals alcohol is carried out. So it has its personalized alcohol base, very clean, mineral, slightly aromatic and very soft. Finally, the alcohol content is adjusted with water filtered by reverse osmosis.
