A gin, serious and bewitching, fiery and speaking with its forty-two degrees, it tells us without lies its unique and recognizable aromatic profile, which does not let itself be impressed by a tonic. It allows us to close our eyes and imagine where this gin comes from, this is also what the Brothers wanted to tell through the packaging. The nose is fresh and particular, very natural, a unique smell very typical of its terroir, almost colorful, it is difficult to detect the composition at first sight. Rather intense and homogeneous: forest, flowers and roots, a well-rounded bouquet. In the mouth, a sparkling, peppery attack, a mineral side, Then the aromatics are revealed without shyness, starting with the woody, then the floral with sweet and herbaceous impressions, a suave side, the fir tree, then the freshness, notes liquorice, anise, we slowly discover all the components of this Gin along a “red thread” juniper which constitutes a non-jealous structure.
