Edelweiss Verhofstede

Gin description

Since 1885, distils the Belgian brewery Verhofstede from New Sint-Niklaas herbal liqueurs, aperitifs, fruit liqueurs and gins. The fourth generation of the brewer launched this genus Edelweiss gin in 2013, named after the Edelweiss sources located in their areas. Edelweiss Gin contains 20 botanicals and a soft, floral gin with clear notes of citrus, coriander and cardamom. The slightly sweet aftertaste betrays some cucumber. The distillate is completely natural to a strength of 40% blended with water from the Edelweiss Sources.
