This gin is distilled exclusively for the Colruyt Dry Gin 28 of the Belgian distillery Filliers, a sophisticated and very soft gin. He matured for at least nine months in first fill bourbon barrels from American oak, carefully selected by our buyer and spirit expert Xavier. This allows for a unique exchange of aroma and taste during ripening.
