From Scratch Barrel Finished Gin

Gin description

In our Barrel Finished Gin, we start with a recipe similar to our Martini Style Gin, but build up the cinnamon, nutmeg, heat, and juniper. Then we finish the gin in once-used bourbon oak barrels, and once used rye oak barrels. The result is a complex gin with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and spice. Scratch Distillery only uses organic, Non-GMO products. The wheat and other grains come from Fairhaven Organic in Skagit Valley, the potatoes come from Warden, WA, and the botanicals come from near (as close as the balcony) and far.
