Gin description

Gin Avem Hippolais is a London Dry Gin characterized by fine notes of candied lemons, punctuated by subtle floral touches as well as a lovely peppery length on the palate. It is a gourmet gin, also well served as a pure tasting at room temperature or with a tonic on crushed white grapes, recalling its wine origins. This spirit was produced in collaboration with Christophe Gauville, Master Distiller of the Des Moisans distillery based in Sireuil, in the south of Cognac. We have developed our gin using an ancestral method generally used for making Cognacs or Whiskey: the art of blending.
