Gin description

This unique gin is the result of a meticulous artisanal process that combines several distillation techniques. First, a slow distillation in a Charentais copper still with steam infusion provides finesse and aromatic brilliance. Two ingredients are distilled together, while two others are distilled separately before being blended. The final touch takes place in Paris, where three additional botanicals are macerated post-distillation using the "Compound Gin" method, giving the gin a beautiful straw color with green highlights and an unparalleled explosion of flavor. After gentle filtration, the gin is balanced with Corsican mineral water and bottled with entirely handcrafted packaging.
