Gin description

Our Clandestino is a tribute to the gin produced at the time of Prohibition, the so-called Bathtub Gin when gin was produced in secret bar called Speakeasy, which served as a cover for clandestine distilleries where they used makeshift containers to mix alcohol and spices. This production method, called Cold compounding, together with the use of a soft alcohol of cereals, spring water and botanicals valuable, leading to a highly aromatic product, fragrant and intense flavor and complex, also suitable for pure tasting. The amber color is due to the fact of not being filtered to maintain a more intense flavor and the infusion of botanicals, juniper in the foreground, the typical resinous aroma but dry and firm, followed by the spiciness of coriander, all balanced dall'angelica that binds and enhances the balsamic notes, citrus and floral cardamom and calamus. Its aromatic complexity is enhanced by fresh, pungent citrus hints, which make it unique and unmistakable.
