Gin De Nos Jardins

Gin description

A gin resolutely in tune with its times. An ecological gin, a gin of character, a regional gin. We have selected 12 plants to create our version of what a French gin is. Thyme, rosemary, oregano, lavender and juniper plants are organically planted on the farm. Spices such as pink pepper, cardamom and citrus come from partner producers in organic farming. This gin is distilled by a brother and a sister, Loïs and Nolwenn, near the Lascaux cave. We made the bet to be able to distill the plants of our gardens, to use the water of our source while being a resolutely innovative distillery. The plants are distilled fresh and the citrus fruits peeled in the morning which gives this aromatic power to the gin. The grain alcohol is mixed with the water from our source before adding the aromatic plants. We take our time during the distillation, which lasts over eight hours. The distillation is slow and tedious to collect a delicate and complex nectar.
