Gin description

Ginabelle is a unique spirit crafted from distillates of mirabelle plums and albariño with five fine botanicals to create a spirit of exceptional balance between classic gin flavours and subtle fruit character. Every batch is crafted by hand at our family owned distillery in Galicia, with nine separate distillations brought together in a final coupage with spring water from the Argallo mountains. We distill each botanical separately so that we can achieve the exact balance of flavour. At the heart of the gin is the essence of mirabelle, distilled from fruit grown on our own estate, bringing warm, peppery and fruity character. We also make Albariño wine from our own vines, which we distill to create the second key ingredient in Ginabelle, adding freshness and structure.
