Gin description

Peruvian Gin'ca Dry Gin is made with great care from the best sugar cane alcohol, of Trujillana origin. An alcohol with own character and aroma. Our botanical give our gin fruity, spicy aromas and a herbal background in perfect symphony. Our ecological Macedonian juniper is of exceptional quality and flavor harvested with proper maturity. The skins of sweet lime, tangelo and piurano lemon bring fresh and citric touches, molle and black pepper a spicy undertone and as a supplement, the marigold, lemon verbena, rosemary and rue confer an herbal background magnificent rounded with cinnamon with a very slight sweet aroma. A part of the botanical are macerated in alcohol for 24 hours before going through Cooper our copper stills in which the rest of botanists in a basket are introduced prior to distillation, without touching any liquid and infused with alcohol and providing other essential oils to realize Gin'ca.
