Quite typical of my style I have already made the "craziest" infusions for guests at my restaurant O Geros. And that has led me to my greatest success: the infusion of the "tears of the Greek mastic tree," the Masticha. The separated resin from the trunk and branches of the mastic tree is exclusively available on the Greek island of Chios and is an essential part of "Vallina's Gin" Guests of O Geros have really become addicted to.
