Our "High Fir - welzheimer wald dry gin" is a regional distillate which is handcrafted. We make our Swabian gin with fir in a very special way: The elaborate maceration of the individual herbs make the taste experience so unmistakable. 12 fine, hand-picked botanicals round off the character of the "High Fir" and give it its balanced body with a distinctive fir aroma. Our goal is to create an honest and good product with reference to our region - the Welzheimer Forest. With great attention to detail, we have fine-tuned the recipe, collect fir shoots, select herbs and produce small batches of our straight-forward gin with a lot of passion. This is how the taste of the High Fir is characterized: fine citrus notes, pronounced aroma of pine needles, light Mediterranean notes, hops and malt.
