Xin Gin

Gin description

Irish couple the McAllisters have created Xin Gin, a juniper-dominant dry gin, with fresh citrus notes of orange peel and lemongrass combined with the exotic flavor of Asian persimmon, all underpinned by an earthy, herbaceous base of dill and cinnamon spice. In Mandarin, its name means “heart” or “feelings”. The ancient Celtic swirls on the bottle and the cross-shaped label symbolize founders Michell and Gareth McAllister's love and connection with Irish and modern Asian culture and aesthetics.
