Gin description
We took a batch of our London Dry and added 50kg of cabernet sauvignon grapes from Rustenberg wine estate in Stellenbosch and used the rose wine making method of steeping the grapes to give color. The grapes also gave some tannins and sugar and the resulting gin is a beautiful ruby red with interesting complexity from the grapes.
