Interludium II Gin

Gin description

We are proud to present our second batch of the Interludium Gin. This time, it is distilled in Belgium and bottled at 45% ABV. This gin is quite special, however, as we built it from the ground up. Most gins are created by distilling botanicals with neutral grain alcohol. For this batch, however, we started with malted barley and created our very own alcohol. And since we fell in love with this 'new make' (that's right, if we were to put this in an oak cask for at least three years, it would become whisky!), we only added one botanical: juniper berries. And thus: this is actually a gin. But quite a special one, as we are sure you will agree. Sometimes, less is indeed more...
