Gin description

Huge aromatic concentration, entirely focused on fresh citrus fruits (fresh clementine, invigorating bitterness of grapefruit peel). The juniper is expressed secondly in a fine and refined way, without ostentation. A touch of alcohol reminds us that we are in the presence of a gin with character. The alcoholic power is now much more evident, biting. It is accompanied by an aromatic power that seems to increase tenfold. Star anise offers all its potential. Sweet liquorice invades the mouth with floral notes of violet, rose, even lychee. No part of the mouth remains unscathed, what opulence !!! Very dry, it fades with a fine classy bitterness of orange zest.
