Les herbes folles

Gin description

Built on a base of barley and Quebec malted wheat, our artisanal Gin Les Herbes Folles is brewed and fermented on site. The wort, double distilled in a copper column still will produce a smooth, mellow, and pure alcohol. The resulting alcohol base is then redistilled to infuse the aromas of a dozen wild herbs hand-picked in the Gaspé region. The Gin is finally matured in oak barrels before being bottled, like a precious product made by hand, from picking to bottling.
