Gin description

Micheling starred chef Kristof Marrannes from restaurant Ter Leepe approached us on a fair in Ghent in 2014. He blew us away, when he asked us to use a certain ingredient: lobster. For the first time I wasn't sure where to start and if it was even possible. Never and nowhere, anyone has tried to use this type of botanical. We took the time to try different techniques: Lobstar was born. The first premium marine gin with almost 200 grams of real lobster per bottle! In the nose you get the surprising smell of a bisque, lobster soup. The taste is well balanced, with a hint of lemon grass and parsley.
