Gin description

Normindia is a new creation of the Coquerel estate which has been producing Calvados since 1937. The idea of ​​this gin was born in 2015 after a trip to India and the United States. The first batch was created in March 2017 after 2 years of work with a team composed of aromaticians, oenologists and distillers. This fresh, fruity and light Gin reminds the taste of a young Calvados and evolves towards notes of sweet spices and floral as a Calvados VSOP. It is made up of 15 botanical ingredients, including apple, orange, cinnamon, juniper, lily, clove, ginger and coriander, macerated 4 to 12 days. They are then distilled in the column used to produce the Calvados, giving to Normindia its structure and its roundness.
