Gin description
The O Cathédral is an ode to the parish church of Watervliet, which is also called the Cathedral of the North. O Cathédra is a local gin in which, among other things, celery and basil were used - herbs that are typical of eel in greenery, the local product from Sint-Laureins. This original spirit of 44% is an initiative of Geert and Els Schoonackers, the managers of Brasserie Level in Watervliet.
