Gin description

Psenner distills its gin in a traditional set-up with small stills: spices (nutmeg, lavender, anise seeds, gentian root, lemon and orange peels, cinnamon sticks, cloves, etc.) are placed in a basket and the alcoholic vapors, rising, extract the aromas, while juniper macerate, coriander seeds and blackcurrants are placed in the boiler.
