The PSI Gin gets a fresh look at Officine! Crafted in collaboration with an Alsatian winemaker, it boasts a floral profile with vine blossom, acacia, elderflower, and linden. Horseradish adds a bold, incisive touch. Following biodynamic principles, Baptiste and Denis energized it according to the lunar calendar and infused it with fluorite. Its water is sourced from atmospheric humidity using a Watshep generator, preserving natural reserves. Finally, aging in Alsatian wine barrels enhances its complexity.
