Sab's - Gin de Batard

Gin description

Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other aromatic plants in grain alcohol from the lands of France. Aged 1 month in Batard Montrachet barrels from a prestigious Chassagne estate. Steam distillation. Navy-blue wax cap. Tasting notes As close as possible to the terroir and winemakers we work with, we selected a Batard Montrachet barrel for the aromatic quality of its fine lees. This Gin completes the Special Cask series. We have worked this Gin like the great wines. Aging for 1 month in barrel and on lees gives it a citrus nose. Sab's le Gin de Batard has exotic fruit notes on the palate, followed by a long finish with the brioche of Chardonnay.
